Admission / Scholarship

Admission Procedure

   Time schedule - May-July
  • Advertisement in the newspaper about the start of admissions.
  • Display on website for the start of admissions.
  • Counseling to all and provide enquiry.
  • Filling up the admission Form with photograph.
  • Checking the Eligibility as per SPPU norms.
  • Verification of documents. Collect the required documents as per list mentioned below.
    Original and 2 xerox copies of 10th,12th marklist,migration certificate.
  • Transfer certificate,LC,Gap certificate, cast and cast validity certificate[whichever is applicable]
  • Preparation and display of Merit List
  • Admission confirmation as per the list by collecting fee from students and give receipt of confirmed admission. In case if the student request for fee installments then take application from students about the installments.
→ Eligibility of students by the university
     →Time Schedule : September,October
  • To get the eligibility forms Filled by the admitted students along with the required documents [same as mentioned in the admission process]
  • To collect the eligibility fees from the students as per university notification.
  • To verify the eligibility fees by the administrative staff and approve the same by the Principal
  • Pay the eligibility fees of all students to the university after deducting the College share.
→ Cancellation of Admission
  • To receive the application from the student regarding the cancellation with the reason for the same Take the approval for cancellation from Principal
  • Complete the cancellation of admission by returning all the original documents and refunding the fees.
  • The refund of fees is given according to the University norms as follows within 7 days of application
  • If cancellation done before the commencement of classes then Rs.1000 would be deducted as processing fee and balance would be refunded to the candidate
  • If the cancellation is done after the commencement of classes then fee is refunded in percentage as per the University norms
→ Transfer of students from other College
  • In case of vacancy in the College in the 2nd or 3rd year due t cancellation of admission. The college can admit interested eligible students from other Colleges in the university.
  • To receive the application from student for seeking admission
  • To Check for the availability of seats.
  • To check for eligibility and previous year mark list
  • To receive 'No Objection certificate' from the present College where the student is studying
  • Follows the admission process.
